¼ cup peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
5 ounces of dates
3.5 ounces of sugar-free chocolate

How to Make Chocolate-Glazed Peanut Date Balls

  1. Set up your blender and add the peanuts. Add the vanilla extract, peanut butter, and dates. Blend everything until smooth.
  2. Soak your hands in the water and shape the mixture into 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick balls. Freeze them for the next couple of hours.
  3. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water. Place a heatproof bowl on top and add half of the chocolate.
  4. Slowly stir with a spatula until the chocolate has finished melting. Coat the frozen balls with melted chocolate.
