Chocolate-Glazed Peanut Date Balls

An easy and quick to make dessert, these chocolate-glazed peanut date balls are like small bites of heaven. Plus, there’s no sugar or gluten in the recipe, so it’s perfect for when you’re on a diet. And they taste fabulous too!
Ingredients Needed for Chocolate-Glazed Peanut Date Balls
¼ cup peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
5 ounces of dates
3.5 ounces of sugar-free chocolate
How to Make Chocolate-Glazed Peanut Date Balls
- Set up your blender and add the peanuts. Add the vanilla extract, peanut butter, and dates. Blend everything until smooth.
- Soak your hands in the water and shape the mixture into 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick balls. Freeze them for the next couple of hours.
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water. Place a heatproof bowl on top and add half of the chocolate.
- Slowly stir with a spatula until the chocolate has finished melting. Coat the frozen balls with melted chocolate.
