Ingredients Needed for Chocolate Covered Kiwi Popsicles

3 kiwis
3 ounces of chocolate
2 ounces of sprinkles, different types
2 ounces of coconut flakes, different colors

How to Make Chocolate Covered Kiwi Popsicles

  1. Peel and slice the kiwis.
  2. Crack the chocolate and place it in a bowl, then microwave it. Heat it on medium high for about 1 minute. Remove it from the microwave and stir. Repeat heating at shorter intervals, 15 to 20 seconds, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Put each slice of kiwi on a skewer. Dip the kiwi slices in melted chocolate, and coat them with sprinkles.
  4. Let the chocolate cool and become firm, then serve the kiwi popsicles!
