3 ounces of chocolate
2 ounces of sprinkles, different types
2 ounces of coconut flakes, different colors
How to Make Chocolate Covered Kiwi Popsicles
- Peel and slice the kiwis.
- Crack the chocolate and place it in a bowl, then microwave it. Heat it on medium high for about 1 minute. Remove it from the microwave and stir. Repeat heating at shorter intervals, 15 to 20 seconds, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Put each slice of kiwi on a skewer. Dip the kiwi slices in melted chocolate, and coat them with sprinkles.
- Let the chocolate cool and become firm, then serve the kiwi popsicles!
