1 red chili
1 green chili
½ cup cognac
1 chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
How to Cook Chocolate Covered Chili Peppers
- Slice the 2 chilies about 0.4 inches (1 cm) thick and remove the seeds. Add them in a bowl, pour the cognac and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Take the chili slices out of the cognac and cover them all with chocolate. Let them cool for 1 hour.
- Serve with powdered sugar.
