An easy to make breakfast meal, this chia pudding, mixed with coffee and chocolate, is also intensely delicious. You can make it in advance the night before, and enjoy it as soon as you wake up in the morning. It will give you the perfect boost to start your day with.

Ingredients Needed for Chocolate Coffee Chia Pudding

1 cup coffee
1 cup almond milk
1 ounce chocolate chip
1 ounce butter, melted
1 tablespoon agave syrup
½ cup chia seeds
1 banana, sliced
2 kiwis, sliced
1 raspberry
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon coconut flakes

How to Cook Chocolate Coffee Chia Pudding

  1. Pour the coffee and almond milk into your blender.
  2. Add the chocolate chips, melted butter, and agave syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth, then pour the liquid into a jar. Add the chia seeds, put the lid on, stir the jar, and refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  4. The second day, divide the mixture in two plates and top them with banana, kiwi, raspberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes.
