These chocolate coconut hearts make the perfect dessert for a special someone and they're pretty easy to make. Just take some chocolate, melt it and combine it with coconut flakes. A must have is a heart-shaped tray to get these perfect little hearts to life - a heart-shaped ice tray works perfectly if you have one on hand!

Melt the chocolate by heating it in a heatproof bowl placed on top of a cooking pot filled halfway with water over medium heat. Add the coconut oil and stevia powder in the process and mix well.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a heart-shaped cake mold, taking care to add a layer of coconut flakes between 2 layers of chocolate. Also, sprinkle some coconut flakes on top of each chocolate form.

Refrigerate the chocolate coconut hearts for 30 minutes.

Serve garnished with raspberries.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it. However, in time I kind of built on this habit and, slowly but surely, I began to turn toward the Mediterranean cuisine and, occasionally, even the Mediterranean diet. I am a curious and inquisitive person. So, pretty soon, I started trying to recreate what I’ve tasted or seen. At first, this proved to be hard work for my better half, as she supervised my new experiments. But lately, results really started to show, so wish me luck!
