Ingredients Needed for Chocolate Coconut Hearts
7 ounces of sugar-free chocolate
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of organic stevia powder
¼ cup coconut flakes
6 raspberries for garnishing
How to Cook Chocolate Coconut Hearts
- Melt the chocolate by heating it in a heatproof bowl placed on top of a cooking pot filled halfway with water over medium heat. Add the coconut oil and stevia powder in the process and mix well.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a heart-shaped cake mold, taking care to add a layer of coconut flakes between 2 layers of chocolate. Also, sprinkle some coconut flakes on top of each chocolate form.
- Refrigerate the chocolate coconut hearts for 30 minutes.
- Serve garnished with raspberries.
