These chocolate coconut hearts make the perfect dessert for a special someone and they're pretty easy to make. Just take some chocolate, melt it and combine it with coconut flakes. A must have is a heart-shaped tray to get these perfect little hearts to life - a heart-shaped ice tray works perfectly if you have one on hand!

Ingredients Needed for Chocolate Coconut Hearts

7 ounces of sugar-free chocolate
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of organic stevia powder
¼ cup coconut flakes
6 raspberries for garnishing

How to Make Chocolate Coconut Hearts

  1. Melt the chocolate by heating it in a heatproof bowl placed on top of a cooking pot filled halfway with water over medium heat. Add the coconut oil and stevia powder in the process and mix well.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a heart-shaped cake mold, taking care to add a layer of coconut flakes between 2 layers of chocolate. Also, sprinkle some coconut flakes on top of each chocolate form.
  3. Refrigerate the chocolate coconut hearts for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve garnished with raspberries.
