If you want to go an extra healthy step, use almond milk instead of the regular one. The final touch is some crunchy peanuts, for another layer of texture!

Ingredients Needed for Chocolate Chia Pudding

1 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of peanut

How to Make Chocolate Chia Pudding

  1. Pour the almond milk in a large bowl and add the chia seeds.
  2. Sift the cocoa and add it in the bowl.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and peanuts.
  4. Place it in a jar, and secure it with a lid.
  5. Refrigerate it for the next hour.
  6. Decorate it with a few cranberries on top when serving.
