½ cup canned chickpeas
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of flour
2 egg whites
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon fresh coriander, chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- Add all the ingredients to the blender.
- Season with salt and pepper, then blend them until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a waffle maker and make the waffles. Cook for 4 minutes, or so.
