Ingredients Needed for Chickpea Waffles

½ cup canned chickpeas
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
pepper
2 tablespoons of flour
2 egg whites
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon fresh coriander, chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Chickpea Waffles

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then blend them until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a waffle maker and make the waffles. Cook for 4 minutes, or so.
