Ingredients Needed for Chicken Stew With White Beans and Tomato Sauce

2 carrots
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 celerys sticks
1 jalapeno
9 ounces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon paprika powder
parsley
2 ounces of chopped celery
5 ounces of white bean
1 cup tomato sauce

How to Make Chicken Stew With White Beans and Tomato Sauce

  1. You can start with the chicken breast. Heat a saucepan and bring it to a boil. If it has no skin and bones, boil it for anytime between 20-25 minutes. When ready, slice it.
  2. Slice the carrots, celery sticks, and jalapeno.
  3. Heat a skillet, add vegetable oil and add all the veggies. Season them with salt and pepper. Cook them for about 2 minutes. Season with paprika powder, and add chopped celery and parsley.
  4. Stir and add red beans, tomato sauce, and boiled chicken. Cook everything for about 4-5 minutes, or until the sauce reduces.
