Ingredients Needed for Chicken, Salami and Onion Tortilla
8 cherry tomatoes
1 ounce butter, melted
¼ cup tomato sauce
½ teaspoon nutmeg
0.5 tea spoon cumin
¼ cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 onions s, sliced
10 salamis slices
½ iceberg lettuce

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts s, around 5 ounces each

How to Make Chicken, Salami and Onion Tortilla
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, and add the tomatoes.
- Add the melted butter and cook the tomatoes, until they’ve softened.
- Set them in a blender, and season with cumin and nutmeg.
- Pour half of the chicken stock and olive oil. Blend everything until smooth.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook it until it softens. Add the salami, lettuce, and give it a good stir.
- After 1-2 minutes, pour the tomato blend and the remaining chicken stock. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 1 more minute and turn off the heat.
- Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and season it with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook it for 20 minutes, turning it so you can evenly cook it.
- Serve everything in a warm tortilla.
- You can add avocado for a fresh touch.
