Ingredients Needed for Chicken, Salami and Onion Tortilla

8 cherry tomatoes
1 ounce butter, melted
¼ cup tomato sauce
½ teaspoon nutmeg
0.5 tea spoon cumin
¼ cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 onions s, sliced
10 salamis slices
½ iceberg lettuce
salt
pepper
thyme
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts s, around 5 ounces each
2 tortilla wraps

How to Make Chicken, Salami and Onion Tortilla

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, and add the tomatoes.
  2. Add the melted butter and cook the tomatoes, until they’ve softened.
  3. Set them in a blender, and season with cumin and nutmeg.
  4. Pour half of the chicken stock and olive oil. Blend everything until smooth.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook it until it softens. Add the salami, lettuce, and give it a good stir.
  6. After 1-2 minutes, pour the tomato blend and the remaining chicken stock. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 1 more minute and turn off the heat.
  7. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and season it with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook it for 20 minutes, turning it so you can evenly cook it.
  8. Serve everything in a warm tortilla.
  9. You can add avocado for a fresh touch.
