How to Make Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- Slice the bread rolls through the middle and scoop their insides.
- Add the yogurt and mayo in a small bowl. Add the celery, cranberries, chicken, apple, curry, and almonds. Mix to combine everything.
- Use the mixture to fill the inside of the bread rolls.
- You can garnish with broccoli sprouts.
