Ingredients Needed for Chicken Pita

7 ounces of chicken breast, cooked
1 ounce black olive, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 lebanese pita bread
1 tomato, sliced
1 ounce lettuce
1 ounce baby spinach

How to Make Chicken Pita

  1. Shred the cooked chicken breast and add it to a large bowl. Add the black olives, red onion, garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil, vinegar, and mix.
  2. Slice the pita into halves.
  3. Fill each half with lettuce, spinach, and the chicken mix.
