Ingredients Needed for Chicken Pita
7 ounces of chicken breast, cooked
1 ounce black olive, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 lebanese pita bread
1 tomato, sliced

How to Make Chicken Pita
- Shred the cooked chicken breast and add it to a large bowl. Add the black olives, red onion, garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil, vinegar, and mix.
- Slice the pita into halves.
- Fill each half with lettuce, spinach, and the chicken mix.
