Every chicken meal needs some veggies to complete the experience. Try these garam masala and soy sauce chicken legs, together with some stir-fried veggies like carrots, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and add some smoked plums for an exotic extra flavor.

Ingredients Needed for Chicken Legs With Stir-Fried Vegetables

    2 chicken legs
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    salt
    pepper
    2 teaspoons of garam masala
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    vegetable oil for cooking
    ½ red bell pepper
    0.5 green bell pepper
    10 smoked plums
    1 lime
    6 cherry tomatoes
    3 ounces of feta cheese

How to Make Chicken Legs With Stir-Fried Vegetables

  1. Add the olive oil over the chicken legs, in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over them.
  3. Add garam masala and soy sauce.
  4. Rub the chicken legs with the condiments.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  6. Fry the chicken legs on each side for 6-7 minutes.
  7. Heat a little vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet.
  8. Add the sliced carrot and slices of red and green bell pepper.
  9. Add the smoked plums.
  10. Squeeze half a lime over the skillet.
  11. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the skillet.
  12. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
