Ingredients Needed for Chicken Fajitas

6 ounces of chicken breast
salt
taco seasoning
1 garlic clove
½ lime
1 red onion
3 bell peppers
2 tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Chicken Fajitas

  1. Cut the chicken breast in strips and fry them in an iron cast skillet, with vegetable oil, some salt, taco seasoning, crushed garlic, and lime juice. Let them cook about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Cook and stir the red onion and the bell peppers in the hot skillet until softened, for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the tortilla in a pan for 1-2 minutes. Add most of the Cheddar cheese on it, while it’s still in the pan. Then put the bell peppers and the onion. And finally, add the chicken. Sprinkle some shredded Cheddar cheese over the whole fajita. Cover everything up with another tortilla.
