8 ounces of cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon chili flakes
salt
2 tortilla wraps
