Ingredients Needed for Chicken and Red Bean Wraps

10 ounces of cooked chicken breast, cubed
3 ounces of sweet corn
3 ounces of canned red beans
1 small red bell pepper, diced
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
4 tortilla wraps
1 large avocado, sliced

How to Make Chicken and Red Bean Wraps

  1. For the filling:

    Add the cooked chicken pieces, sweet corn, red beans, bell pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and Greek yogurt to a bowl.

  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix them until even using a spatula.
  3. For the wraps:

    Distribute the mixture between the tortillas, top with sliced avocado, and roll.
