Chicken and Bacon Puff Pastry Rolls

Hosting a party or a get-together? You’d better get some puff pastry snacks done, too. This combination of chicken breast and fried bacon, blended together with tomatoes and garlic, will definitely get some attention. But be warned, people will ask for more.

Ingredients Needed for Chicken and Bacon Puff Pastry Rolls

7 ounces of cooked chicken breast
½ cup canned tomatoes
1 ounce fried bacon
3 garlic cloves, sliced
4 fresh basil leaveses, chopped
1 puff pastry sheet
3 eggs
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

How to Cook Chicken and Bacon Puff Pastry Rolls

For the chicken and tomato mixture:
  1. Spread the mixture evenly on the puff pastry sheet, roll it, and cut it into pieces.
For the whisked eggs:
  1. Cover the pastry roll pieces with the whisked eggs using a kitchen brush. Sprinkle black sesame seeds over them. Bake for 25 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
