Chia Seed Pudding

Originally grown in Mexico, chia is considered a superfood, being highly rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins, and nutrients. The most simple, yet delicious, way to enjoy it is in a velvety pudding! If longing for a crunchy touch, add some pecans on top!
Ingredients Needed for Chia Seed Pudding
0.5 ounce pecan nut, chopped
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
redcurrant
How to Make Chia Seed Pudding
- You can start by chopping the pecan nuts.
- Pour the milk in a large bowl. Add the chia seeds, vanilla extract, chopped pecan, and a few redcurrants. Whisk everything until smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Whisk again and let it sit for another half an hour before serving.
- Pour the pudding in a tall glass and serve.
