A pork chop is one of the most tender meats. You can cook it to perfection if you try this recipe: first fry the pork chops, and then put them into the oven with some creamy mozzarella, and just the right amount of veggies. We promise it’s delicious!

Ingredients Needed for Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella Pork Chops

2 pork chops
1 teaspoon paprika powder
vegetable oil for cooking
1 ounce mozzarella
4 basil leaves
3 cherry tomatoes

How to Cook Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella Pork Chops

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork chops.
  3. Rub them with paprika powder.
  4. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  5. Fry the pork chops on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Put the chops in an oven tray. Add a slice of mozzarella and 2 basil leaves over each one.
  7. Top the chops off with cherry tomatoes.
  8. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
