2 onions
5 ounces of mozzarella
1 cup flour
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup breadcrumbs

How to Make Cheesy Onion Rings
- Thickly slice the onion and separate its rings.
- Slice the mozzarella as thick as the onion rings.
- Cover the inside of bigger rings with 1 mozzarella slice and then insert a smaller ring inside.
- Cover the rings with flour, whisked egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry them for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy
