Cheesy Onion Rings

Everybody likes onion rings! And they’re pretty easy to make, too. What if we tell you that you can make them even better? Just take an onion, slice it, combine the onion rings with mozzarella and coat them with egg wash and flour. And, by the way, you can make onion rings extra crunchy by rolling them in some breadcrumbs.

Ingredients Needed for Cheesy Onion Rings

2 onions
5 ounces of mozzarella
1 cup flour
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying

How to Cook Cheesy Onion Rings

  1. Thickly slice the onion and separate its rings.
  2. Slice the mozzarella as thick as the onion rings.
  3. Cover the inside of bigger rings with 1 mozzarella slice and then insert a smaller ring inside.
  4. Cover the rings with flour, whisked egg, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep-fry them for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy
