Ingredients Needed for Cheesy Farfalline Pasta Muffins

7 ounces of farfalline pasta
2 tablespoons of butter
½ cup flour
¼ cup milk
salt
pepper
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup Cheddar cheese

How to Make Cheesy Farfalline Pasta Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 365 degrees F/185 degrees C.
  2. Put water in a saucepan and bring to boil.
  3. Boil the farfalline for about 6 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter.
  5. Add the flour and whisk it with the butter.
  6. When the butter and the flour thicken, add the milk.
  7. Whisk it until you make a white sauce.
  8. Pour the white sauce over the cooked farfalline.
  9. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  10. Add the cottage cheese and the Cheddar cheese.
  11. Combine all the ingredients.
  12. Fill a 6-forms muffins pan with the cheese and pasta mixture.
  13. Bake them for 20 minutes.
