Spicy burgers? You just can’t say no to that! But the best is yet to come! Use jalapeno and habanero, some of the best Mexican chili peppers, and combine them with cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Make a small hole in the burger patty, fill it with this mixture and bake it. Assemble the burger and call everyone to the table!

Ingredients Needed for Cheese-Stuffed Spicy Burger

¼ cup cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 small jalapeno, thinly sliced
1 small habanero pepper, thinly sliced
parsley
4 burgers patties
4 burger buns
4 tablespoons of salsa sauce

How to Make Cheese-Stuffed Spicy Burger

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Use a large bowl and add the cream cheese, Cheddar, and sliced peppers.
  3. Season it with salt and throw some parsley into the bowl. Mix everything to get a smooth filling.
  4. Place the burger patties on a wooden board.
  5. Use a small cup to make room in the middle for the filling.
  6. Fill and bake them in the oven for 35 minutes.
  7. To make the burgers, spread salsa sauce on the bottom side of the burger bun.
  8. Add the burger patty and close with the top layer of the bun.
  9. Repeat the same steps for the remaining burgers.
