Everybody knows how to make a sandwich, right? We think the next level would be the uber-sandwich. We made it with round bread slices and filled it with cream cheese, salmon, tomato, cucumber, and basil. We promise it's worth making.

Ingredients Needed for Cheese, Salmon and Veggie Uber-Sandwich

5 bread slices
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 medium-sized cucumber, sliced
8 ounces of salmon, cut into small-medium pieces
fresh basil leaves for garnish
1 tomato, wedged

How to Make Cheese, Salmon and Veggie Uber-Sandwich

  1. Cut the bread slices into a round shape using a round cookie cutter.
  2. Spread approximately 1 teaspoon cream cheese on 4 of the 5 round slices. Also add 3-4 slices of cucumber and some salmon, too. Stack them one over the other and place them on top the 5th slice.
  3. Spread the remaining cream cheese all over the side of this big sandwich and also on the 5th slice of bread. Now try and add the basil leaves on the side.
  4. Top the sandwich with 7-8 cucumber slices, the tomato wedges, and some salmon, too.
