Ingredients Needed for Cheese Saganaki
½ cup flour
4 ounces of sheep's milk cheese (1 thick slice)
⅔ cup vegetable oil
lime wedges for serving
How to Make Cheese Saganaki
- Add the flour on a flat plate and coat the slice of cheese with it.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over low heat, then fry the cheese on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve it with some lime wedges.
