Ingredients Needed for Cheddar Jumbo Fish Fingers
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons of milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
5 ounces of cheddar
13 ounces of salmon fillet
4 limes slices
How to Cook Cheddar Jumbo Fish Fingers
- Preparing the egg wash:
Add the eggs and milk to a smaller bowl and whisk them.
- Transfer to a smaller tray, add the smoked paprika and mix. Add the flour to another tray and mix it with the grated Cheddar.
- Coat the fish fingers with paprika egg wash and Cheddar breadcrumbs. Place them into a 10 x 5 inches baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
- Serve garnished with lime wedges or slices.
