For the cauliflower:

1 pound cauliflower
2 cups of milk
salt
pepper

For the mayo-mustard cream:

½ cup mayonnaise with cracked pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
pepper
spring onion for garnishing

How to Make Cauliflower Salad With Mayonnaise Topping

  1. For the cauliflower:
    Add the cauliflower and milk to a pot over low heat, season with salt and pepper, and bring it to a boil. Cook until the cauliflower softens, but it’s still firm.
  2. Strain the cooked cauliflower. Remove the milk mixture.
  3. For the mayo-mustard cream:
