How to Make Cauliflower Salad With Mayonnaise Topping
- For the cauliflower:
Add the cauliflower and milk to a pot over low heat, season with salt and pepper, and bring it to a boil. Cook until the cauliflower softens, but it’s still firm. - Strain the cooked cauliflower. Remove the milk mixture.
- For the mayo-mustard cream:
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic to a bowl, season with pepper and mix. - Serve the cauliflower with mayo sauce, and garnish with spring onion.
