This recipe is perfect if you’re on a gluten-free diet! Instead of regular dough, this pizza has a crust made out of cauliflower. We topped it with salami, cherry tomatoes and bacon, but feel free to be as creative as you want with the toppings.

Ingredients Needed for Cauliflower Crust Pizza

½ cauliflower, boiled
1 egg
1½ cups of shredded mozzarella
½ cup parmesan
salt
pepper
¼ cup tomato sauce
10 salami slices
4 cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
3 bacon strips
basil

How to Make Cauliflower Crust Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. First blend the boiled cauliflower.
  3. Combine it with the egg, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, and parmesan. Season it with salt and pepper.
  4. Add it over a parchment paper and make a round shaped pizza dough.
  5. Bake it for 20 minutes. Don’t turn off the heat.
  6. Top it with the tomato sauce and remaining mozzarella.
  7. Add the salami, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and fresh basil.
  8. Bake it again for 10-12 minutes.
