Ingredients Needed for Cauliflower and Spinach Dip

4 ounces of cauliflower
2 ounces of baby spinach
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of tahini

How to Make Cauliflower and Spinach Dip

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, and fill it halfway with water. Add the cauliflower, baby spinach, and cook them for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add the veggies to the blender. Add the garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and tahini sauce.
  3. Blend everything until smooth.
