Ingredients

4 ounces of cauliflower
2 ounces of baby spinach
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of tahini

Heat a saucepan over medium heat, and fill it halfway with water. Add the cauliflower, baby spinach, and cook them for 4-5 minutes.

Add the veggies to the blender. Add the garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and tahini sauce.

Blend everything until smooth.

I guess I’ve always had a passion for cooking ever since I was a kid when I was mom’s little helper in the kitchen.
