Ingredients

1 cup shredded cauliflower
1 cup shredded broccoli
½ cup shredded halloumi cheese
2 eggs
1 tablespoon coconut flour
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Add the cauliflower, broccoli, halloumi cheese, and eggs to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine all the ingredients.

Melt the coconut oil in a skillet.

Shape small fritters and fry them in coconut oil for 4 minutes on each side.

Remove them on paper towels, to absorb the excess fat.
