What can you do out of one simple cucumber? A good snack and an amazing tzatziki sauce! Sure, you’re going to need a bit more than a cucumber, but it’s still incredibly simple, healthy and nutritious.

½ cucumber ½ cup yogurt dill 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 teaspoon paprika powder 1 teaspoon turmeric salt 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 spring onions s, chopped

How to Cook Carrot Stuffed Cucumber Bites With Tzatziki Sauce

  1. Peel the carrot.
  2. Use a copper tube and slide it through the cucumber. Add the carrot through the hole you’ve just made. Take out the cucumber from the cooper cube and mince it for the tzatziki.
  3. Use a small bowl and add minced cucumber, yogurt, dill and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and whisk until smooth.
  4. Slice the stuffed cucumber in about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick slices. Season them with paprika and turmeric. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
  5. Serve the carrot stuffed cucumber bites with tzatziki!
