Ingredients Needed for Caramelized Peaches and Lemons With Ice Cream

1 cup sugar
1 lemon, sliced
2 peaches es, sliced
8 creams
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

How to Make Caramelized Peaches and Lemons With Ice Cream

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sugar and, right after, the lemon slices. Let the sugar dissolves and flip the lemon slices over a few times.
  2. When softened and browned, take them out of the pan and place them in a bowl of ice and cold water. Let them stand in the bowl for a few minutes in order to stop the caramel from cooking further and help the sugar glaze remain firm.
  3. In the same skillet, add the peach slices and cook them for 3-4 minutes, on both sides. Peaches will begin to brown and soften. Add the peaches in the same water bowl.
  4. In the meantime, split the ice-cream into 2 separate bowls. Remove the fruits from the water and add them into the bowls. Serve the dessert with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon on top.
