Ingredients Needed for Caramelized Fruit Salad

1 orange
1 banana
1 apple
1 pear
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon butter
1 tortilla
mint
2 vanilla ice cream scoops

How to Make Caramelized Fruit Salad

  1. Slice off the skin of the orange and then slice it.
  2. Thinly slice the banana, apple, and pear.
  3. Next heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sugar and melt it.
  4. Add the sliced fruits, raisins, pumpkin seeds, and spice up with cinnamon.
  5. Add the butter and melt it. Cook the fruit until caramelized.
  6. You can serve them in a tortilla cone, topped with some ice cream and some fresh mint leaves.
