Want to make a quick dessert using some leftover fruit? Well, here is one that’s also gluten-free. Use the fruit at your disposal, chop, and caramelize with some sugar. You can top everything with some raisins, cinnamon, and pumpkin seeds. And the salad is at its most tasty when served with a bit of ice cream on top!

Ingredients

1 orange
1 banana

1 pear
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon raisin
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon butter
1 tortilla
mint
2 vanilla ice creams scoops

Slice off the skin of the orange and then slice it.

Thinly slice the banana, apple, and pear.

Next heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sugar and melt it.

Add the sliced fruits, raisins, pumpkin seeds, and spice up with cinnamon.

Add the butter and melt it. Cook the fruit until caramelized.

You can serve them in a tortilla cone, topped with some ice cream and some fresh mint leaves.
