2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 cherry tomatoes, quartered

How to Make Caprese Omelet Sandwich
- Crack the eggs and add them in a large bowl. Pour the milk and season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, and cherry tomatoes. Cook them for 1 minute. Add the whisked eggs.
- Stir the eggs and cook until the omelet reaches the desired consistency. About 1 minute before you turn off the heat, add the fresh mozzarella and fresh basil leaves.
- Serve the scrambled egg omelet inside pita bread.
