Cajun seasoning is a mix of spices, commonly used in and around Louisiana. We enjoy it because it’s both spicy and savory, and we’ve used some today for these delicious chicken fingers. They’re perfect hot and cold. They're also a good bite to grab on the go.

  1. this recipe needs correcting, it doesn’t make sense. The chicken goes in the bag with the flour and seasoning, then it gets coated in the egg, but then step 5 says to put it in the dry flour mix? which mix? it was already in the bag at the start. does it go back in ? are there two mixes? Something needs correcting.
