1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium onion, quartered

2 thick lemon slices

How to Make Buttery Herbed Crispy Chicken Legs

  1. Place the chicken legs on the work surface. Drizzle with ghee and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, tarragon, and thyme.
