How to Make Buttery Herbed Crispy Chicken Legs
- Place the chicken legs on the work surface. Drizzle with ghee and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, tarragon, and thyme.
- Rub and mix to entirely coat the chicken legs with the mixture.
- Line a roomy baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the coated chicken legs on it. Add the onion, garlic, and lemon.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350⁰F/175⁰C.
