Ingredients Needed for Butter-Fried Veggie Quesadilla
1 green bell pepper
2 radishes es
4 cherry tomatoes
5 ounces of white bean
salt
1 teaspoon oregano
3 tortilla wraps
6 teaspoons of salsa sauce
⅔ cup shredded cheddar
2 tablespoons of butter
How to Make Butter-Fried Veggie Quesadilla
- Chop the bell pepper and slice the radishes and cherry tomatoes.
- Put the veggies along with the beans in a large salad bowl. Season with salt, oregano and mix everything together.
- Place the veggies in the middle of the tortillas, and top with 2 teaspoons of salsa sauce and shredded Cheddar. Wrap and close the ends of the tortilla.
- Heat a skillet and start melting the butter. Lay the quesadillas in the skillet and cook it for about 1 minute per side.
