A pizza and a burger, at the same time? No way, you might say! Yes, way, we promise. Just cut out two round pieces of pizza using a cookie cutter. They should match the size of a normal burger bun. Cook the patty with some mozzarella, assemble the sandwich, taking care to add some salad too and that’s it.

Ingredients Needed for Burger Pizza Sandwich

1 frozen pizza, store-bought
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 burger patty
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon low moisture mozzarella, shredded
1 ounce mixed salad, store-bought
1 tablespoon ketchup

How to Make Burger Pizza Sandwich

  1. Bake the frozen pizza for 20 minutes at 380⁰F/190⁰C.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the patty, season it with salt and pepper and cook it until golden brown. Turn it over and add the shredded mozzarella. Cook it until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Cut two round pieces from the pizza using a cookie cutter. Add the salad on one of them, then the cooked patty. Sprinkle some ketchup and add the second piece of round pizza, this time face down.
