1 onion, diced
1 carrot, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
¼ celery root, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
10 ounces of chicken breast, cubed
3 cups of chicken stock
⅔ cup hot sauce
How to Cook Buffalo Chicken Stew
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot and add the onion, carrot, garlic, celery, and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
- Add the chicken, season with sea salt and pepper, then cook and stir until the chicken turns opaque-white.
- Add the chicken stock and hot sauce and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, until the chicken pieces are cooked through.
