1 pound beef chuck, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
pepper
sea salt
¾ cup organic blue cheese, crumbled

How to Make Blue Cheese Beef Roll-Ups

  1. Add the meat, garlic, and olive oil to a zip bag. Season with cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, pepper, and sea salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Add some blue cheese on each slice of meat and roll. Skewer each roll.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
