What do we have for tonight’s dessert? We want you to make this famous baked traditional dish known as a tart. The recipe we recommend combines the special texture of the tart pastry with the colorful and textured forest fruits – blackberries and raspberries.

Ingredients Needed for Blackberry and Raspberry Tart

1 ½ cups of flour
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 cup milk
5 ounces of blackberries
5 ounces of raspberries
powdered sugar

How to Cook Blackberry and Raspberry Tart

  1. Sift the flour into a mixer bowl, add the eggs and sugar, and start mixing. While doing that, add the milk, too. Set aside.
  2. Add the blackberries, raspberries, and the liquid pastry we just made to a cake form. Bake for 40 minutes at 340⁰F/170⁰C.
  3. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve.
