Black Bean Chocolate Truffles

This take on truffles is gluten-free vegan stuff for your sweet tooth. Make yours vegan too, with healthy black beans, cocoa powder, oat flour, and coconut butter. Sweeten them with maple syrup. Coat them in more cocoa powder and get the party started.

Ingredients

1 cup cooked black beans
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
⅓ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup oat flour
2 tablespoons of coconut butter

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Line a 7 x 4 x 1.5 inches (17 x 10 x 4) baking dish with parchment paper. Add the mixture and evenly spread it, then freeze for 60 minutes.
  3. Cut into cubes and serve coated with cocoa powder.
