1 cup cooked black beans
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
⅓ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup oat flour
2 tablespoons of coconut butter
- Add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Line a 7 x 4 x 1.5 inches (17 x 10 x 4) baking dish with parchment paper. Add the mixture and evenly spread it, then freeze for 60 minutes.
- Cut into cubes and serve coated with cocoa powder.
