Ingredients

½ cup pitted black olive
½ cup green olives stuffed with pimento
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
1 garlic clove, crushed
¼ cup olive oil
2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Add all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.

Serve with low-carb crackers, about 2 tablespoons of olive tapenade per serving.
