Ingredients Needed for Berry Ice Cream

10 ounces of mixed berries, frozen
7 ounces of yogurt
lemon zest

How to Make Berry Ice Cream

  1. Add the frozen berries and yogurt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix it until smooth.
  3. Pour the ice cream mixture in a glass baking dish.
  4. Freeze it for 2 hours.
  5. Take out the ice cream with a scoop, and serve it with a bit of lemon zest and mint.
