Ingredients Needed for Berry Ice Cream Mini-Cake

10 ounces of strawberries
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ cup water
12 ounces of frozen berries, store-bought
1 cup condensed milk

How to Make Berry Ice Cream Mini-Cake

  1. Add the strawberries, sugar, lime juice, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the frozen berries and blend more.
  2. Transfer 1/2 of this mixture to a 7 x 7 x 2 inches dish or casserole. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Add the condensed milk and refrigerate for 2 more hours.
  4. Top with the remaining berry mixture and refrigerate for 4 hours.
