Ingredients Needed for Berry and Honey Filled Orange Rind
1 large orange
5 ounces of frozen blueberry
5 ounces of frozen raspberry
¼ cup honey
½ cup coconut milk
lime zest
How to Make Berry and Honey Filled Orange Rind
- Cut the orange in half, scoop the pulp and add it to the mixer bowl. We want to keep the rind, too, so set them aside.
- Add the frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, honey, coconut milk and some lime zest. Blend them.
- Fill the orange rind with the berry smoothie and serve it.
