Ingredients Needed for Berry and Honey Filled Orange Rind

1 large orange
5 ounces of frozen blueberry
5 ounces of frozen raspberry
¼ cup honey
½ cup coconut milk
lime zest

How to Make Berry and Honey Filled Orange Rind

  1. Cut the orange in half, scoop the pulp and add it to the mixer bowl. We want to keep the rind, too, so set them aside.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, honey, coconut milk and some lime zest. Blend them.
  3. Fill the orange rind with the berry smoothie and serve it.
