Sea bass is one of the most versatile fishes, working amazingly well in lots of combos of ingredients and flavors. So, for today, we’ve tried filling it with some butter-fried veggies, like bell pepper and celery. Don’t use all the veggies, keep some to use as a bed when cooking the fish in the oven. You can serve it with potatoes and a few chives sprinkled on top!
