How to Make Beef Tenderloin
- Heat a skillet, add oil in it and then the beef meat. Cook it for about 2 minutes on each side if you prefer it medium or 4 minutes if you like it medium-well.
- After it has finished cooking on one side, add butter in the skillet and let it melt. Use a spoon to cover the beef with the melted butter.
