Ingredients Needed for Beef Tenderloin

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 ½ pounds of beef tenderloin
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of butter

How to Make Beef Tenderloin

  1. Heat a skillet, add oil in it and then the beef meat. Cook it for about 2 minutes on each side if you prefer it medium or 4 minutes if you like it medium-well.
  2. After it has finished cooking on one side, add butter in the skillet and let it melt. Use a spoon to cover the beef with the melted butter.
  3. Let it cook until it reaches the texture you prefer.
