Craving for a beef steak? We think beef is tasty enough on its own so you don’t need many other ingredients to flavor it. This recipe is so simple that even if you are not a beef expert, the result is excellent!

Ingredients Needed for Beef Tenderloin

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 ½ pounds of beef tenderloin
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of butter

How to Cook Beef Tenderloin

  1. Heat a skillet, add oil in it and then the beef meat. Cook it for about 2 minutes on each side if you prefer it medium or 4 minutes if you like it medium-well.
  2. After it has finished cooking on one side, add butter in the skillet and let it melt. Use a spoon to cover the beef with the melted butter.
  3. Let it cook until it reaches the texture you prefer.
