This main course took us only 25 minutes to prepare. It doesn't get easier than this! After quickly frying the beef, we cooked the mushrooms and green beans together with some flavoring ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. The result is hearty and really flavorful.

Ingredients Needed for Beef Steak With Mushrooms and Green Beans

12 ounces of beef tenderloin, cut into 4-5 pieces
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, diced
1 tablespoon ginger, diced
8 ounces of mushroom, sliced
4 ounces of green beans, chopped
salt
1 teaspoon red peppercorns
2 tablespoons of soy sauce

How to Make Beef Steak With Mushrooms and Green Beans

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the beef tenderloin on both sides for 2 minutes each or until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Heat the other tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over low heat, then add the garlic, ginger, and mushrooms.
  3. Cook and stir a little, then add the green beans and season with salt and red peppercorns. Stir a little and add the soy sauce. Cook until reduced.
  4. Serve the veggies with some sliced beef.
